    President Ghani: I was told that Taliban speaking nonAfghan languages were looking for me in Arg to hang me & repeat the shameful history [Re: Najib]. My precious books, laptop & important diary left behind. I’ve no intention to stay in exile. I’ll return to Afg to serve my ppl.

  11. President Ghani: I had no discussion with international community about leaving . I was evicted. Allegations that I took money with me are baseless. I didn’t even have time to change my shoes. My personal laptop, diary & other classified docs are left behind.

  14. President Ghani in a video statement says he will be back to and was taken out of the country in such a hurry that he couldn’t even change his slippers into proper shoes. He says he couldn’t even grab his laptop and documents and left with nothing but his life.
