I love YouTube and when the notification system was first introduced I was told it was a chance for subs to see "every video you upload" I supported or then. But why break this system too? Why let it be only a "if we think the video is good enough" system as well?

The bell provides more options though! Someone might not want to get notified about every upload from every single subscription (especially if they have a lot of them). The bell gives channel-level options: receive none, occasional, or all notifications.

Then make "all notifications" the default and require us to go in and change the settings if we only want SOME. The way it is now people are hitting subscribe, assuming it will do what they want, and not getting notified.

Sub feed is definitely broken. I know for a fact I should have more videos from the channels I subscribed to. its the middle of the day and only a few show up! I end up reloading the page a few times to see everything and I bet its not even everything
