    If you are having trouble accessing your GMail using Mailpile, please check this thread on our community discourse: tl;dr: We failed to get our OAuth2 credentials through Google's new certification process. We're working on it, the link has a workaround.

    The Mailpile master branch has been updated to mitigate the SKS Keyserver attacks. The nightly Debian packages should get the fix tonight. Further details are here, discussions are welcome:

    Absolutely. We're still insignificant when it comes to user counts, but also relies on in this way. Tor is a great foundation for building user-respecting, privacy aware communication tools.

    Our nightly Debian packages now include stronger protection against attacks, making Mailpile safe even if used with obsolete versions of GnuPG (such as 1.4.x). Details:

    The PGP Security Blog post has been updated again: The post now discusses edge cases where might have bypassed our defenses after all. Fixes to those attack vectors are already in GitHub.
