The newspaper (Mail on Sunday) says scientists have told Johnson that #China could have downplayed its number of confirmed cases of the coronavirus "by a factor of 15 to 40 times.

I believe data fr China is true, cos they intervene & try their best to save the critically ill; try various medications, includes TCM 2 treat the less critical; & provide care & encouragement for the mild cases, instead of ‘herd immunity’, thus the mortality rate is much lower
