The person who copyright striked my channel has followed up via e-mail. He's extorting me for €200 to remove the strike @TeamYouTube I've used 25 seconds of music in the outro of a 5 minute video. Is this something I can dispute somehow? Please help

Its fair use up to 30 seconds of music.

No, it isn't. Unless your providing commentary or parody of the music itself. In TV and Film, and this extends to streaming and YouTube, using any portion of a music track used as score or themes must be licensed from the copyright holder.
