    Last year this time, did a deep dive on parking. The rates vary drastically & are not just a social determinant of health. Paying for access to our healthcare is a COMMERCIAL determinant of health.

  9. What is your ? Mine is grp of former colleagues & current Twitter peers who have been there without asking; they quietly leave meals, drop by with coffee, offer "home care" when I can find none, & send me texts, virtual hugs & DMs when I am most alone

  13. can feel societal pressure that they should do more. There’s admiration & glory given to idea of caregiver staying at home & in essence "giving up their life" to care for a loved one. That societal pressure makes it harder for people who for many reasons don't do so
