They took my pulse again and it was still too high and they wouldn't let me donate. I begged them to let me try to calm down more, but they told me they only allow two tries. So there you go. I couldn't do it.

This happened to me FOUR times trying to donate my convalescent plasma. Finally got it down low enough on the 5th try! I took Xanax an hour and a half before and asked them to take it for the full minute instead of 30 seconds.

Thanks. That makes me feel a little better. I'm going to call tomorrow and see if I can make another appointment, but I had to wait a month for this one, so...
