Oh man, I have a lot of these, but the winner has to be sophomore year of college, when I got a concussion at my work-study job. In the library.

I had to get a box off a high shelf in a storage room, and the box slipped off my hand and came crashing down on my head.

Runners-up: - wrenched my back while watching TV (I saw a huge bug on the wall by the TV and jumped) - ER visit after a glass shower door fell on my foot; still have scars on my toes - Tripped over a chair and hyperextended my ankle so badly it hurt for weeks
