This is terrible. All of it is terrible. It's okay to eat ice cream for breakfast and an entire box of pasta for dinner. It's okay to cry.

This is something I've been coming to terms with: It's okay to not be okay. Even if you're "lucky." Even if you haven't gotten sick, lost a loved one, lost your job.
