Those 3 were only ones about Bloomberg’s bad behavior. Others were about his employees’ bad behavior and he can’t release them without written permission from all the parties. There hasn’t been any indication of any other bad behavior than hurtful comments on MB’s behalf.
I'm not saying there are additional NDAs. I'm cautioning against framing the announcement more broadly than the language he used.

My guess is he emphasized the bad comments fearing (probably correctly) that if/when the women don’t come forward, public may stay under impression that he did something worse.
