One thing to note about Bloomberg's NDA announcement: The language is very careful. The company has identified three NDAs related to "complaints about comments they [women] said I [Bloomberg] had made." 1/

This language would not include NDAs related to, for example, pregnancy discrimination, pay gaps, or hostile-workplace complaints stemming from comments by anyone other than Bloomberg himself. 2/

Those 3 were only ones about Bloomberg’s bad behavior. Others were about his employees’ bad behavior and he can’t release them without written permission from all the parties. There hasn’t been any indication of any other bad behavior than hurtful comments on MB’s behalf.

I'm not saying there are additional NDAs. I'm cautioning against framing the announcement more broadly than the language he used.
