One thing to note about Bloomberg's NDA announcement: The language is very careful. The company has identified three NDAs related to "complaints about comments they [women] said I [Bloomberg] had made." 1/

Also could exclude NDAs made under Bloomberg Inc or other subsidiaries. He very carefully says “Bloomberg LP” This is just for ONE of his companies.
