What does one do in temperatures like that This is a serious question, I do not think I have ever in my entire life experienced -19 windchill

Secondary question: If I wear a balaclava, or even tie a scarf around my face, my glasses fog up. What then? Do any of the supposed anti-fogging products actually work? (Contacts aren't an option.)

Do you have a driver or not- driver drops u off, not much exposure. U drive and park- bundle up. Glasses should only fog up temporarily once indoors. Buildings are usually overheated, dress in layers.
