This question honestly makes my head hurt. Like. Even if it were possible to check virginity (it isn't) and even if it weren't an enormous violation to try (it is), how does anyone who has ever been a teenager think it's possible to ensure that a teenager doesn't have sex?

Also, let's not forget the conversation on virginity (the general convo, not Neal's tweet) is always about girls. Nobody asks a doctor to check their son's virginity. And if your response is "that's not physically possible" — it isn't for women either. Which is part of the point.
