I’ve watched this about 15 times and I can’t, for the life of me, figure out how physics allows her to do the twist. I really don’t know how it’s possible but there it is.
So, if you want to get into the weeds (feel free to ignore this if you don't!), she doesn't do the twist in the air. She catches the bar still facing the original direction, but her hands are crossed like in the photo below, so she twists when she swings down.pic.twitter.com/qqXWqVbvdk
(That photo is of a similar skill by the world uneven bars champion, Nina Derwael. The difference between the two is in the body position — Kylie Coen does the skill with a straight body, which makes it much harder.)
