I’ve watched this about 15 times and I can’t, for the life of me, figure out how physics allows her to do the twist. I really don’t know how it’s possible but there it is.
It's not called anything because nobody has done it, but basically it's a Nabieva (already the hardest uneven bars skill in the world) with a half twist to mixed grip. So, if you want to get into the weeds (feel free to ignore this if you don't!), she doesn't do the twist in the air. She catches the bar still facing the original direction, but her hands are crossed like in the photo below, so she twists when she swings down.pic.twitter.com/qqXWqVbvdk
