Sure, I'm great at not dying on active volcanoes, but in the past 5 minutes I've slipped & narrowly avoided falling down the stairs & then stepped in a surprise pee puddle on tile (new puppy) & almost did the splits AFTER I washed my foot off & tried to walk on the tile again. 
I can count on one hand the times I've been hurt in a reasonable situation for an injury. 80%+ of my injuries have come from absurd accidents (shower door came off its track and smashed my foot open) or being a klutz (jumped when I saw a massive bug and wrenched my back).
