    -Is the intended to be any overlap between the two (either gameplay or story-wise) when the latter launches? And so on. Context: I didn’t realise AS was working on its own LOTR MMO, and had assumed it had taken over the Turbine product at some point. Interested to learn more.

    Assuming all of this is correct, I’m curious about some of the following: -Do the two MMOs take place in the exact same universe? -What differentiates the two in terms of setting? Is one intended to take place in a different time period than the other?

    Have I got this right? -The current “Lord of the Rings Online” MMO that was launched in 2007 was developed by Turbine. -Separately, there’s a new Lord of the Rings MMO currently under development by Amazon Games, which is expected to release next year or so.
