    Really... I go to a branch to see if that helps... and just get told it will be another 3 days before you can look to see if you get the email with the docs you requested I send...

    It amazes me how difficult it is for a bank to not understand how to find a mobile home title on a paid off account and send back to customer! you should DO BETTER!
