Out in Hamilton for a patriot rally that’s expected to be strongly resisted. Big police presence.pic.twitter.com/rpDI2GN0oN

The Hamilton counter protestors tried to turn down a street the police didn’t want them to. A little bit of pushing but no arrests.pic.twitter.com/qteHRWuCjZ
A tiny group of patriot group supporters have encountered the counter protestors.pic.twitter.com/tkgvpwMOU6
There are some people here for the patriot group march but they’re mulling around on the outskirts. They’re not engaging, it seems they’re either going to push their march back or it has been completely disrupted.
The whole shabang is getting pretty muted now but the day is young.
Sounds like the counter protestors are calling their rally. Still a large group out here though.pic.twitter.com/cug5D2ZrTL
The rally is pretty much done, going to wait it out and see if the patriots march happens. However, I have been told the Patriot Groups came out earlier and marched quietly done Locke Street at around ten thirty or eleven.
No further updates other than Bar on Locke makes a mean burger.
You mean the communists.
A big contingent out here today for sure.
for anti racists they sure look like the masked thugs my family members had to flee from in Kosovo
i mean, call me crazy but maybe if u want to be anti racist you dont want to remind immigrants of the very people they came here to avoid
From what I gather the "patriots march" was only supposed to be to show solidarity with the businesses on Locke street. It was the anarchists who labelled them as racists and white supremacist, as an excuse to take to the streets again.
I haven't been able to find the original call to protest for the patriots march, other than a local journal mentioning people who want to stand in solidarity with the businesses on Locke street that were vandalized and against the anarchists. No mention of racism whatsoever.
Alternatively, the earliest source I can find that establishes the protest as a "hate march" is from a group of anarchists, who also claim they support the vandalists.
So really these aren't anti-racists. They're just the same anarchists who terrorized Locke street. They made up the neo-nazi march just to claim that they are in the right despite the thefts, vandalism, and hate THEYVE incited.
lets not call them fancy names, they are clearly, Anarcho Communists
