    To put it mildly - some of the evidence compiled in this superseding indictment against Tarrio certainly seems to undermine many of the Proud Boys' defense up until now, which has been, more or less, "whoops we tripped and fell into the Capitol"

    Some pretty serious stuff in this Tarrio indictment, including: One week prior to J6, he received a 9-page document titled "1776 Returns" that laid out a plan to occupy "crucial" government buildings in DC.

    Arresting documents allege that Tarrio took part in a Telegram chat that coordinated movements and activities and that he advised the group—telling some to be dressed incognito. Here's our resident Proud Boy understander on this.

    Longtime Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio has been charged with conspiracy in connection to the January 6 riot. While he wasn't there, it's alleged he and other PB leaders conspired to attack the capital (something that obviously transpired).

    Update here from the American trucker convoy Telegram channels: The group's nervous, and some of them think they're going to be framed by Nancy Pelosi (?) if they head into D.C. They may block the Beltway Sunday/Monday, but expect them to hang around Hagerstown, Md. for a bit.

    I've made it to Hagerstown where at least 2k people have gathered in town leading up to a racetrack. Streets are packed with people protesting mandates that don't exist.

    For this news of the convoy protest heading toward DC this weekend I would also like to put it out there that there are additional, smaller convoys on its tail. If things (god forbid) go south, the situation could escalate over the week as more people arrive in the DMV area.

    New from me: I'm not excited to report this, but the trucker convoy is very real and headed to somewhere around D.C. tomorrow. They've picked up dozens of semis and hundreds of cars. The JFK Jr. people joined them. Some might be going to the White House.
