I'd seen that before but it didn't really answer the questions I have. I looked at that and several other official and unofficial guides on what's allowed and what isn't allowed (both as being eligible for monetization and for being allowed on YouTube period).
Also, under "Additional Policies", when you say "vulgar language", I assume you mean F-bombs, the C-word, racial slurs, etc., right? If so, are words like "ass", "damn", "shit", etc. okay, because I've seen more than a couple of videos that weren't age-restricted that said those.
