He didn't.. he was asking for samples of it years ago. He probably went on alpha and bought it. He also don't write Russian so...notguilty

that was my line of thought 2. Wanted sample so bought copy. Not gonna use so minimal opsec etc. He'd be easy pickings with alphabay siezed

I know, but asking for samples would be odd if true. Could be false flag, but still a fairly odd one, be better to 'find' one and analyse
