#Ramaphosa: When womem are free, we will all be free. We look to young women to lead this charge. #WomensDay

#Ramaphosa: We are committed to ensure that women are at minimum equal beneficiaries of government programmes on asset poverty. #WomensDay

#Ramaphosa: We want the land reform process which is currently underway to benefit women. #WomensDay

#Ramaphosa: Young women must be in professions & must be leaders in key industries. Our nation is hungry for the leadership of young women. #WomensDay

#Ramaphosa: The most powerful & direct means of empowering young women is through education & skills development. #WomensDay

#Ramaphosa: We are proud to see young women filling the classrooms of our institutions of higher learning. #WomensDay

#Ramaphosa: We must also improve the economic condition of women. This is why we have placed women, especially young women at the center of our economic agenda. #WomensDay

#Ramaphosa: The women of SA deserve to be treated with respect & they deserve to be honored. #WomensDay

#Ramaphosa: I have directed the Minister of Police to take action against the two police officers who assaulted & insulted the young women who marched to the Union Buildings. #WomensDay

#Ramaphosa: The women who marched to the Union Buildings have demanded a national gender summit . Government has therefore agreed that this gender summit take place on the 31 of August to deal with the crisis of Gender Based Violence. #WomensDay

#Ramaphosa: We have failed to ensure that women in South Africa live up to their Constitutional right to safety & security. #WomensDay
