Just in case we're not all on the same page here, C-19 is a world-changing event and, at this point, it's extremely unlikely that we won't have a completely overloaded healthcare system in two weeks with doctors deciding who gets intubated and who dies.

The strange part about this is most of the world felt that sense of uncertainty three years ago. It's only exacerbated now because it has life or death consequences for most Americans today.

The sad thing is this situation doesn’t seem to have caused people who didn’t already care to be much more empathetic or concerned for those who always live with this kind of medical stress and uncertainty. (The disabled/chronically ill/people without access to healthcare)
