Having recently gone from being homeless, living in my truck (company driver), to now being able to afford my own 1br place, it terrifies me my income had to increase well above $50k/yr to make it happen. Minimum wage is barely $15k/yr... My 1br costs $12k/yr. Not Sustainable.
