I do the same. I have a lot of languages here, and I love it -but it's quite confusing sometimes
I find it funny, though, when I stumble across my Swedish friend's posts and my brain tries to unscramble the momentary confusion 
If you select a tweet, there will be an option to translate it and that function is pretty accurate hahaha
