The #LouiseMichel rescued 31 people from a drifting wooden boat in worsening weather. Another 65-70 people have been holding out all night on the #Shell oil platform #Miskar onto which they climbed. Maltese authorities were informed and asked to coordinate repeatedly!pic.twitter.com/0LptdIzfjt
