    Does anyone have a multiplex/PCR/qPCR protocol for detecting common tick-borne pathogens from ticks/blood/and/or tissue they'd willing to share? I'm thinking of testing collect ticks/tissue in my lab (gasp)! I thought I could start screening with established protocols..maybe.
