Albrecht said that the 3rd and 14th Districts (on the city's east side and Bay View) were extremely busy, adding that elections staff had to deliver additional ballots to more than 12 polling places in those 2 districts alone.

Neil Albrecht, executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission, says all absentee ballots cast in the @cityofmilwaukee have already been processed. He said those 9,167 ballots will be included in Milwaukee's election results reported right after polls close.

New touch screen voting machines which spit out a receipt ballot ( these were them sealed) were used for early voting. Not sure if this expedited the process.

That's not a receipt! It's your ballot, just in a different form. The machine you used just marks your ballot. It doesn't count them.
