Can you give us an update? For those without access to the admin center, who purchased and use Office 2019? It's been six weeks. Thank you.

Hi and thanks for reaching out! We finished deploying a fix for this issue on July 15, which has resolved the problem. If you're still experiencing the same behavior, you may need to restart your Outlook client or get in touch with support to report an issue.

Hey. You could have been a bit faster with this news. I’ve been following all your debug steps for a f’king hour! I could have got on with things if you’d come clean.

Any, but any crisis management knows, you do not investigate issues DURING a crisis, you roll back and then, post-mortem the problem!
I hope your Change had a beautiful rollback plan!
