Dear Elon Musk, Picking a fight with Jarrett Walker will not end well for you. I strongly suggest you stick to electric cars and rockets and stay the hell away from cities and transit.
So, I was on Google Earth doing some exploring in Florida. I stumbled upon this location and could not for the life of me figure out what it was based solely on aerial context. I had to resort to street view to figure it out. I was blown away. Anyone want to venture a guess?

I bought a Prius earlier this year, after 8 years of not owning a car by choice. My lifestyle has shifted in various ways and I was spending a fortune on rental cars and rideshares and it didn't make sense. The car is 85% for things outside of the District, however:

On Fox News, @RepChrisStewart (R-Derp State) makes a case that bombs being sent to Democratic political leaders doesn't particularly "change things" from a moral standpoint, because "the lives of these individuals are no more valuable than the lives of anybody else."
I'm going to go on a rant again. I just got back from a bike ride along the Jordan River. Right when I was almost home, I was about to cross Redwood Road at 500 North. I had moved over to the crosswalk, so I could activate the ped button. 1/6

At any rate, my biggest fear in life is probably being killed by a driver and having the whole thing glazed over as "just an unfortunate accident," when in reality it's a total failure of society.

Even more frustrating is the fact that we've built most of our communities upon the necessity of everyone having to drive everywhere, which usually means a total loss of mobility when someone has to give up their license.

Please excuse my language, but I am fucking exhausted living someone where shit like this happens all the time. People keep doing it, because there is zero accountability. People know that they can drive recklessly, run someone over, and only get a slap on the wrist. 3/6
