Lot’s of people are raising First Amendment concerns. Reminder— the First Amendment applies to the government and not to private organizations. YouTube/Facebook/Twitter all have no obligation to protect your First Amendment rights.

XD wtf? Constitutional amendments are the law. But it does not bind only the gov. It means they are PROTECTED by the government. I could call you the dumb shit you are, and it’s completely uncalled for and inappropriate. But it’s protected.

Be clear in what you are trying to say. The government shall not abridge, ergo to curtail, reduce in extent, or impose, our right to free speech. What you are saying is that private companies are, instead, free to do so.

Keep in mind that while the government cannot raise any law prohibiting free speech, the government is more than able to erect any laws it wishes to defend it.
