        Will this be applicable on highways where there are no footbridges? Example is in outering road in pipeline stage where those using jogoo road must cross the other side to get to pipeline estate ?

        Covid can never be eradicated (even with a vaccine), but herd immunity can be achieved. You will learn to live with it. What you're imagining is the same as someone else imagining that Flu can be eradicated.
