I was on my way to Nashville with my family when severe thunderstorms hit on the highway. We had a lightning bolt strike in front of our vehicle as we were driving. All we saw is a big flash of white light and a crashing sound. We made it through but it was wild and scary.

My honeymoon at Club Med Cancun: swarmed by a cloud of mosquitoes, bit by a jellyfish and lost all feeling in my leg, severe heatstroke, more severe intestinal “issues” on a 2 hour bus ride w/ broken toilet, hit in the head with mast learning to sail. 30th anniversary next month
