UPDATE: Officers are reporting one person died of their injuries near the scene. Four other victims were at Regions, four at United, initial dispatches said, and as many as 13 people injured in total.

SPPD has confirmed the shooting but the total number of victims is not yet available. Our count is around 13, which includes one of the suspects who was injured, and one person killed.

SHOOTING INVESTIGATION: We’re investigating a shooting that occurred on the 200-block of Seventh St. W. Multiple people have been transported to area hospitals. We’re currently gathering more information and will have an update later this morning. No further info is available.

Regions and United hospitals are now both out of lockdown after the multiple victims and family members arrived there earlier this morning. The scene around the Truck Bar is still shut down.
