    Javonterious Starnes, 16, and Deaundre Ridley, 17, charged today with criminal homicide for the murder of innocent woman Beverly Hicks, 55. Hicks was hit by bullets shot into her Calais Circle home on June 11. The two were in an alleged dispute with Hicks' teenage nephew.
