Icy roads, subzero temps -- & a very drunk driver. It's not a bad Christmas carol. It's what a trooper encountered recently on Highway 62 in Edina. A 33-year-old drove her vehicle off the road. Her BAC was 0.35. She was arrested. Extra DWI enforcement continues on MN roads.
