Some channels started claiming by saying it as "Composition Claim" with content that is owned or licensed by them("ChannelName").

I don't how such claims are allowed in YouTube, because, as I completed Diploma in Carnatic Music, with Sangeetha Bhushan as titled, I completed it in Tamil Nadu Annamalai University.

The main author of Carnatic Music is Purandara Dasa (1484–1564) is referred to as the Pitamaha (the father or grandfather) of Carnatic music as he formulated the basic lessons in teaching Carnatic music, and in honour of his significant contribution to Carnatic music.

Is this Claim Valid or Not? Can anyone suggest?
