We need to figure this out @TeamYouTube because it’s literally a double standard against a bunch of channels... no comments = suffering engagement = no recommendations and or notifications to the subscribers... not only in the comment sections of each video...

That's not the problem. Comments are disabled on his channel, even though he moderates the comments heavily and has a good filter in place. This is why this is happening, it's a flag on his account, NOT anything to do with his/my devices. He has a vlogging channel, (w/kids)
