Anyone know what happened to the 40 free trade deals the government promised to sign the 'second after' we left the EU?

Ruth Davidson will now fly to London and take a taxi to House of Lords and back again, once a week perhaps (she may even do a little shopping) and you will pay for her travel expenses. Makes you warm inside, doesn't it? She's obviously seen enough of her child.

The Irish leaders’ debate is really quite shocking. The three leaders have a detailed grasp of complex welfare and tax issues, they are polite and courteous, they admit mistakes, they say sorry. They might even be largely honest. Why is all that possible in Ireland but not here?

Respect to all who walked out - especially those whose editorial line has been pro government. The Tory assumption is that everyone has picked a side in the culture war and that those they care about, won’t care about this sort of thing... and so everyone else can get stuffed...

to once again cast Brussels as a duplicitous enemy. If you look at the attached March 2018 EU Council deadlines for the future relationship between the EU and UK and the actually agreed framework for the future relationship agreed in October 2019 (also attached), the...

A bit of perspective on this “Brexit Day 50p coin”: A 50p coin is worth 8.5% less against the Euro compared with its value when David Cameron announced that there would be an EU Referendum back in February 2016. Not normally something a government would want to celebrate.

I just heard that Trump & Franklin Graham will join the on Jan. 24. It’s troubling how narrowly we’ve defined what it means to be “pro-life.” Here’s an article I wrote on why we need a movement that is consistently FOR LIFE.

This was posted on the website late this morning and I then saw it tweeted by someone. I only realised it was about a letter to me when I clicked the link . I will be replying to rebut virtually all the content but worth noting immediately that:

"I'll tell my kids that God is not guiding our missiles to destroy our “enemies,” but instead is weeping with the children who lost mommy’s and daddy’s because of our bombs. We don’t cheer on war; we cry that it’s a reality & do anything to stop it."
