When I have to do a med reconciliation in the home on a patient with gobs of vitamins and minerals I silently sigh. I see the benefit in several individual ones but not multivitamins. Vitamin C helps with wound and skin healing besides immunity before sickness
About 500 mg of C is a bit helpful 4 psoriasis although vitamin D has really helped, keeps me out of uv light therapy, ♡vitamin D! Nutritional yeast mixed n mango smoothie gives big dose B complex&minerals, very beneficial more should use.

I did a lot of research on topical aloe vera (not the sunburn aloe)for acne as common acne treatments weren't working. Forgot fungus also grows naturally on our skin, just like bacteria that acne products don't treat. Aloe vera inhibits biofilm development of fungus and bacteria

Found the names of the fungi- Malassezia and the Pityrosporum genus have an association with difficult to treat skin infections...like acne.

Most physicians are profoundly ignorant of nutrition. Most dieticians are reliant on garbage, heavily sugared "nutrient drinks" and processed foods and have zero knowledge of how to prepare healing meals. Do your own broad research.

500mg of Vit C just means your urine will have a lot of Vit C in it.

Cathcart recommends, based on his decades of experience, as GP / MD, with Vit C, is 50-70 mg per kilo of body weight, qualified by bowel tolerance response. Safest is sodium ascorbate ( buffered, crystalline / powder ) or lyposomal C ( more exp ). Always check with health prof.
