Galatians 3:10 must refer to Galatians 4:21--to be "under the Law" would be to "rely on the works of the Law". We're "not UNDER LAW but UNDER GRACE" Ro 6:14--methods of service. This was exactly the Galatians' problem--they were seeking perfection by flesh / Law not Grace.

(Galatians 3:1-6 goes over how the Galatians had begun by the hearing of faith / spirit, but were now seeking maturity and perfection by the deeds of the Law / flesh.)
