    It is reprehensible that accusations are enough to destroy one's reputation forever. As recently as this past week, agenda-driven political outlets are sure to mention the accusations in headline-grabbing format, even when the story has nothing to do with the accusations at all.

    Fairfox maintains his innocence and has demanded an impartial and thorough investigation into the serious claims by the women. He encourages an examination of the facts and details by all parties to reach a conclusion. Yet he's endured trial by media due largely to Gayle/CBS.

    My expertise in the Robson/Safechuck scandal confirms Gayle & CBS did NOT properly investigate nor unbiasedly interview those men to promote their claims & LN. With that baseline to go by, I would never trust CBS or Gayle's claims of impartial and researched topics ever again.

    CBS defends itself by claiming the opposite and that it was not "actual malice" & citing Anti-SLAPP. They say they did do a thorough investigation before airing & suggest Fairfox is the one who is politically motivated and erroneous. CBS filed a motion to dismiss (pending).

    Publicly, Fairfox denied the accusations, stating: "I demand a full investigation into these unsubstantiated & false allegations. Such an investigation will confirm my account because I am telling the truth." His life & career was destroyed on mere allegations fueled by Gayle.

    As with other Gayle attack pieces (including her blind acceptance & promo of proven lies by Wade and James, who are currently seeking millions from MJ's estate), everyone at CBS including Gayle made comments "accepting as fact and vouching for the credibility of the [accusers.]"

    Fairfox describes examples of CBS and Gayle King's lack of any substantive questioning of the accusers to assess their credibility. This included Gayle side-stepping any serious details of the allegations including dates or locations or an eyewitness who supports Fairfox's side.

    Despite Fairfox urging CBS to contact sources that would disprove the accusations or at least offer balance to them, CBS refused. He suggests CBS is motivated to support accusers to help cover their own internal scandals and conflicts.

    Fairfox explains how CBS has been involved in its own scandals w/ high-ranking staff. He states how Gayle King and CBS "intentionally failed to investigate leads—some provided directly to CBS by Fairfax prior to airing—that would've played accusations in serious doubt."

    Fairfox says CBS aired these allegations in 2019 despite having "ample opportunity and resources to investigate the veracity of their stories. CBS also had information...that both allegations had not been corroborated by any independent investigation."

    In summary, the story of Levine calling MJ a pedo/chicken hawk is categorically false and has been since the day it was manipulated by Feldman & co. (in a manner that guaranteed negative press coverage). Levine maintains MJ was innocent and she never saw anything inappropriate.

    Finaldi continues with the non-existent photo and related rubbish. Even in the police summary vs. their stories to the press, there are major contradictions. They told media they (Leroy + Morris) were guards keeping boy for MJ, Leroy told cops it was "Orlando King" doing so. Etc.

    At this point, Finaldi was desperate enough to resurrect the absurd paid Hard Copy & Maury Povich stories from Leroy Thomas / Morris Williams (the origin of this photo nonsense & failed litigators of Hayvenhurst 5). Witnesses that not even Sneddon would touch with a 10 foot poll.

    Levine explained it was the police who asked her if she thought MJ was a pedo, to which she angrily responded: "do you mean, do I think he's a chicken hawk?" Levine was in shock after they interviewed son w/out her knowledge & showed up nearly midnight w/ fake story of nude pic.
