You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
It's there because it prevents you from watching potentially inappropriate settings. Although you didn't set it, it was probably set by your parent(s). That means you'd need to ask them.
Uh my parents can’t enable that feature. My network admin (probably from @Xfinity) enables it for no reason and i can’t turn it off.
UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! SORRY FOR WAIT: My internet provider actually has a management system called Xfinity xFi, it has a parental controls feature that restricts stuff like YouTube Videos, i just had to turn that off and it’s fixed now!
