Some figures (from the report): GDP per capita is around $500 (2010$ PPP) 70% of people i live below $1.90/day. Economic growth per capita over two decades has been negligible. Only 5% of people live between $4 and 20m. ....and the conclusion is that inequality is the problem??

As the report notes, incomes of the richest 10% have risen faster than any other group. But putting that in absolute terms: the average income of the top 10% is around $12/day (PPP). Average incomes of the richest rose annually by 50c of daily consumption (my graph)pic.twitter.com/osaHsp3UkJ

The report calls for 'transparent & accountable governance' but also makes a set of uncosted public spending recommendations & tax reform recommendations -- do the two add up (as they would need to for transparent & accountable governance) or is this wishful thinking?
