Transfer pricing as such does not erode revenues (it's just a generic mechanism that countries have agreed for allocation of taxable income), but abuse of the practice can definitely do it. On that, the evidence suggests TP regulations are generally effective, yes
Yes. TP =compliance requirement rather than smthing to be curtailed. big Qs on 'where value added' particularly w virtual biz, IP. But TP regs generally workable. For developing countries more issues w implementation, but perception of massive revenue losses from TP overblown IMO
