Data on demand! So there are three ages of transfer pricing? What happened in 1945? (beyond the obvious) -- is it that US doesn't get regulations till later so this is Europe contracting? You could make this into a stacked area chart so we can see the countries

:) This is really where the data caveats come in. Problem is Big 4 say only US, France and Sweden formalised TP regs in early century - which is not quite the case. So mid-century decline is basically US declining share of world GDP
