      @modonnell151 @MForstater OH MY GOODNESS! it is marvelous! the staff were so lovely, welcoming: suggested we try different flavours we learnt about the recipes & production i short-listed four. we chose 2. DELICIOUS plus, very tranquil & calm. lovely seating area.

      @modonnell151 @MForstater after our ice creams, we chatted to them about their business. it's a girlfriend-boyfriend-and-brother team they started by supplying to supermarkets. laura is the chef (local to st a). creative & experimental now trying here!

      @modonnell151 @MForstater then we tried this paste: carob and tahini!! it comes in a jar! it tastes like liquid malt loaf so then we discussed with them new ice cream styles. it's all very lovely 100% ACE ENDORSEMENT!!

          i for one would welcome @icai_uk ice cream reviews. but would strongly pitch for a sabbatical, & apply to join the tasting team.. you know, to help with empirical rigor..
