I have started going through Switzerland and will offer comments but it is not a detailed review. In general I think there are lots of people willing to do this kind of thing :)

Oh dear! I'm afraid that people have been spending their time on the elements that go alongside the index, rather than forming part of its construction. We're grateful but perhaps it's not what you need

No i can see that. The questions with the asterisks go into the index, right? Still though things like 4 KPMG staff in Ireland and 'Anglo Saxon' law, missing the UK's FTT etc law stick out to people -- they cant help noticing!
